Name: Crash Man
Weapon: Crash Bomber
Weakness: Air Shooter
Weapon Acquired: Crash Bomber
Crash Man, known as Clashman in Japan, is a combat Robot Master that was built by Dr. Wily using the designs of Bomb Man and Guts Man as a base, having explosive weapons and a thick armor that can withstand explosions. He also has high speed and agility. His main weapon is Crash Bomber, a powerful time bomb with a drill that attaches itself to the target.
Name: Metal Man
Weapon: Metal Blade
Weakness: Crash Bomber
Metal Blade
Weapon Acquired: Metal Blade
Metal Man was the first Robot Master built by Dr. Wily, created specially for combat for his revenge against Mega Man. Wily based Metal Man's design on Cut Man. His weapon is the Metal Blade, several large saw blades made of ceramic titanium that he can throw at high speed. Because of a design flaw, Metal Man is vulnerable to Mega Man's Mega Buster. When Dr. Light saw Metal Man for the first time, he commented that he's "the dentist of the future".
Name: Wood Man
Weapon: Leaf Shield
Weakness: Metal Blade
Air Shooter
Weapon Acquired: Leaf Shield
Wood Man is a combat Robot Master created by Doctor Albert Wily using a special coating material obtained from natural cypresses, his body being made almost completely out of wood, including some of his mechanisms. Because of this, Wood Man has great physical strength and resistance against physical blows, but is somewhat slow, and highly vulnerable to fire and cutting weaponry.
His weapon is the Leaf Shield, leaf-shaped electromagnetic pieces of metal, sharpened around the edges, that can be used to protect himself and attack enemies in different ways, including launching them in rings of four or eight, and summoning them down from the ceiling to fall down onto the player. Due to his flammable construction, his primary weakness is the Atomic Fire.
Name: Air Man
Weapon: Air Shooter
Weakness: Leaf Shield
Weapon Acquired: Air Shooter
Air Man is a Robot Master created by Dr. Wily specially for combat. Air Man has his face in his torso instead of a head, a design said to be intimidating. Air Man can generate powerful winds with the propeller in his torso to pull or push enemies, and can attack with small tornadoes with his Air Shooter. Air Man dislikes Fall season because the leaves get stuck in his fan, the reason he is weak to Leaf Shield.
Name: Hard Man
Weapon: Hard Knuckle
Weakness: Magnet Missile
Weapon Acquired: Hard Knuckle
Hard Man is a Robot Master created by Dr. Light and Dr. Wily that first appeared in Mega Man 3. Originally built for land grading, he has a hard, durable exterior made of ceratanium, making him very heavy, weighing about three tons. He can fire his hands, known as Hard Knuckles, and has a cannon built inside of his body, giving him the boost needed to jump. Due to his excessive weight, he can stomp the ground and cause a tremor, much to Mega Man's dismay.
Name: Top Man
Weapon: Top Spin
Weakness: Hard Knuckle
Weapon Acquired: Top Spin
Top Man is a Robot Master created by Dr. Light and Dr. Wily to work on other planets in search for resources needed to build Gamma, but was modified for combat by Dr. Wily in Mega Man 3.
Top Man is equipped with an auto balance system that allows him to spin rapidly much like a top, which he uses as an attack called the Top Spin to injure enemies, and as a defensive mechanism because the high rotational speeds make projectile's deflect off of him. However, he can't spin for too long because he gets dizzy, and maintaining such high speeds could damage his internal components. Top Man also attacks by tossing rapidly spinning tops from his head or shooting tops from his arm cannon.
Name: Magnet Man
Weapon: Magnet Missile
Weakness: Needle Cannon
Weapon Acquired: Magnet Missile
Magnet Man is a Robot Master created by Dr. Light and Dr. Wily. He was originally created to collect scrap metal using his powerful magnetic forces. Dr. Wily modified him into a combat robot in Mega Man 3. Magnet Man's main weapon is the Magnet Missile, a missile fired from a launcher on his right wrist that follows enemies. He is also capable of pulling his opponents closer to him with his magnetic powers, so he can attack them from close-range. Sometimes he sleeps by hanging on ceilings.
Name: Needle Man
Weapon: Needle Cannon
Weakness: Top Spin
Air Shooter
Weapon Acquired: Needle Cannon
Needle Man is a deadly Robot Master when he uses his weapon, the rapid-fire Needle Cannon, to pepper his foes with a barrage of spike-shaped bullets which are sharp enough to pierce 10 inch-thick stone. Created by Dr. Light and Dr. Wily, his initial purpose was to work in energy mines.
Despite his large build, he is quite agile and good at jumping (even being able to remain stationary in the air to attack for brief moments of time), and the needle-sharp spikes on his head are mounted on a heavy telescopic base that can be fired over short distances with huge power, making him very dangerous to try and fight up close.
Name: Quint
Weapon: Sakugarne
Weakness: Hard Knuckle
Weapon Acquired: Sakugarne
Quint is Mega Man from a peaceful future that was modified by Dr. Wily to fight against Mega Man in the present in Mega Man II. His main weapon is Sakugarne, a digging robot that looks like a combination of a pogo-stick and jackhammer.
Although Quint serves the same role as the Mega Man Killers (Enker, Punk and Ballade) in the Game Boy games, and the four appear in the same stage in Mega Man V, Quint is not part of the Mega Man Killers.
Quint should also be not be mistaken for Rockman Shadow from the game Rockman & Forte: Mirai Kara no Chousensha, who was created at the same time period as Quint and is similar to him, and uses a weapon similar to Sakugarne.
Name: Dr. Wily Machine No. 2 ( 3 Forms )
Weakness: Mega Buster ( All 3 Forms )
Sakugarne ( All 3 Forms )
Wily Machine is the name of the machines that Dr. Wily uses in the end of most games from the original Mega Man series. Most of them have Wily's flying saucer on them and have two forms of attack, with the second form's weak point being the cockpit and Dr. Wily himself. Starting with Mega Man 4, the Wily Machines have been followed up by an escape pod, named the Wily Capsule. Also, starting with Mega Man 4, Wily's Machines have had an unmistakable skull motif.
