Name: Mead Grinder
Weakness: Mega Buster
Mad Grinder is the first boss from Mega Man 7, a steamroller robot with a punk-like appearance. He is one of the robots that helped Dr. Wily escape from prison. When Mega Man faces him, he is shown to have suffered damage during the attack on the city. He attacks by throwing his hair like a cutting boomerang and trying to run over Mega Man with his roller.
Name: Bass
Weapon: Bass Buster
Treble Boost
Weakness: Mega Buster
Super Adapter
Noise Crush
Bass, known as Forte, is a Robot Master created by Dr. Wily to imitate Mega Man's design, along with Treble, an imitation of Rush's design. He was created based on a research conducted on Mega Man with the intention of surpassing his power sometime during or before the events of Mega Man 6, and made his debut in Mega Man 7. Bass is the prominent anti-hero of the Mega Man classic series, his goal is to defeat Mega Man and become the most powerful being in existence. Although Bass and Mega Man are rivals, at times they team up to take down mutual enemies of the two. Despite being created by Dr. Wily, Bass frequently rebels against his creator, usually for his own purposes.
Name: Freeze Man
Weapon: Freeze Cracker
Weakness: Junk Shield
Scorch Wheel
Weapon Acquired: Freeze Cracker
Each Robot Master strikes their own unique pose, but few of them look as cool as Freeze Man. The pose looks even better thanks to his design. Just look at him. In the above picture, he's clearly saying "Come at me, bro." Freeze Man will actually taunt you to attack first if you don't make a move. During the rematch with him in the Wily stages, if you hit him with his own weapon, the Freeze Cracker, the game will freeze up for a few seconds. Freeze Man will take this opportunity to look at you (yes, YOU, not Mega Man) to acknowledge your stupidity for actually thinking you could kill him with his own weapon. This makes Freeze Man the only Robot Master to break the forth wall. For being such a serious-looking foe, his stage theme is one of the most upbeat, cheerful pieces of music in the whole series.
Name: Junk Man
Weapon: Junk Shield
Weakness: Thunder Bolt
Weapon Acquired: Junk Shield
Junk Man is a Robot Master created by Dr. Albert Wily to search for parts that could be used to create robots. Junk Man's body is made from old robot parts and metallic pieces of garbage held together by electromagnetic forces. Because of his strength and resistance, Wily decided to modify him for combat. Junk Man can concentrate the electromagnetic forces to pull junk near him, using it for attacks like a block of junk and the Junk Shield. His weakness, the Thunder Bolt, disturbs the electromagnetic forces inside his body, thus making his body parts unable to hold their connection and shatter.
Name: Burst Man
Weapon: Danger Wrap
Weakness: Scorch Wheel
Freeze Cracker
Weapon Acquired: Danger Wrap
Burst Man is a Robot Master from Mega Man 7 that was originally created to guard a chemical plant in Edo City, but was stolen and modified for combat by Dr. Wily. Burst Man loves festivals and shoots his bombs as fireworks. His body has several explosives and soapy substances (much to Turbo Man's dismay), which he can use to attack by encasing enemies in bubbles or using the Danger Wrap, a bomb encased in a bubble. Because of the liquid substances in his body, he is vulnerable to sudden changes in temperature. He is weak to Freeze Cracker and Scorch Wheel, and drops several bombs when hit by them.
Name: Cloud Man
Weapon: Thunder Bolt
Weakness: Danger Wrap
Weapon Acquired: Thunder Bolt
Cloud Man is a Robot Master originally created as a weather control robot, but was stolen and modified for combat by Dr. Wily, removing his rainfall equipment and enhancing his lightning equipment. Cloud Man has no legs, but instead he is built to hover above the ground using a gravity controller. He can control the weather and create strong wind to push his opponents, and try to strike them with his Thunder Bolt.
Name: Mash
Weakness: Danger Wrap
Mash is a giant clown-like robot that appears in the Robot Museum mid-stage in Mega Man 7, giving time for Dr. Wily to escape with the stolen Guts Man. He hops about trying to squash Mega Man, but Mega Man can hit his head to damage him and knock it off. If his head gets knocked off, Mash will hop erratically until his body can regain the head.
Name: Spring Man
Weapon: Wild Coil
Weakness: Slash Claw
Weapon Acquired: Wild Coil
Spring Man is a Robot Master created by Doctor Albert Wily. His body has over 2000 springs, being very light and able to perform high jumps. However, this gives him trouble when moving around, especially up and down stairs. In Mega Man 7, Spring Man attacks by throwing spike-tipped springs from his body with Wild Coil, extendable punches, and catching opponents to ram them into the ceiling with a high jump. He is weak to the Slash Claw, as it can easily cut his inner springs.
Name: Slash Man
Weapon: Slash Claw
Weakness: Freeze Cracker
Scorch Wheel
Weapon Acquired: Slash Claw
Slash Man is a Robot Master created by Dr. Wily to clear forests for the construction of his secret bases. His design was based on Pluto from Mega Man V. Due to this similarity in design, it is likely that Slash Man boast similar movement speed and agility. In Mega Man 7, Slash Man is in charge of an army of dinosaur robots, but his mobility is so high his comrades can't keep up with him.
Slash Man's Slash Claw is a portable version of a wave-like cutting device used to destroy asteroids, released in the form of a pair of razor-sharp claws on his forearms. He can also bind enemies with a red adhesive substance, holding them in place as he prepares to attack, which, when combined with his speed and attacking power, make him deadly close ranged opponent. He is vulnerable to drastic changes in temperature, tending to hibernate in cold winters and dehydrate in hot environments, thus he is vulnerable to the Freeze Cracker and the Scorch Wheel.
Name: Shade Man
Weapon: Noise Crush
Weakness: Wild Coil
Weapon Acquired: Noise Crush
Clearly designed with vampires in mind, Shade Man feels right at home in dark castles and other Dracula like environments. But there seems to be a touch of class beneath his frightful appearance. As stated with Freeze Man, all robot masters strike a pose, but Shade Man is the only one that bows to Mega Man. This suggests a sense of honor, similar to Sword Man. Honor aside, I detest being picked up by Shade Man and having the life drained out of me. Like the vampires, Shade Man feeds off others to get energy, but in his case, instead of feeding on humans, he feeds on robots. Shade Man is one of the precious few Robot Masters to have an alternate level background tune. Holding B while selecting his stage results in his regular theme music being replaced by the main theme from the Ghosts 'n' Goblins series.
Name: Turbo Man
Weapon: Scorch Wheel
Weakness: Noise Crush
Weapon Acquired: Scorch Wheel
Turbo Man is a Robot Master created by Dr. Wily in Mega Man 7. As Wily had run out of parts to create robots, he used parts from his old car to create Turbo Man, and used petrol as his primary energy source.
Turbo Man has the ability to transform into a racing car form called Crash Drive but the transformation system is incomplete and ultrasonic waves like Noise Crush can damage him. However, he becomes an invincible electric car for a short time if charged with high voltage electricity, being able to attack in his car form multiple times in succession. His main weapon is Scorch Wheel, a wheel of fire that rolls along the ground.
He recently had a cutting-edge car stereo system installed and his hobby is to drive around at high speed, with the volume high. He also plans to install air bags someday. Turbo Man also has a very strong dislike for Burst Man, as the robot's soap-like substances have led to several instances where Turbo Man has skidded around on slippery roads due to hijinks of the festival-goer.
Name: Bass

Name: Guts Man G
Weakness: Slash Claw
Guts Man G is an upgraded Guts Man that Dr. Wily stole from a robot museum and modified to be the boss of the first Wily stage in Mega Man 7. He now has an improved and oversized version of his Super Arm, now shaped like a clamp, which he constantly uses to make rocks fall from the ceiling, or grab hold of Mega Man and slam him into it, along with a redesigned lower body, with tank tread boots. He can only be damaged by attacking his head or sending the rocks he drops back to him by using the Slash Claw.
Name: Bass and Treble
Weapon: Bass Buster

Weakness: Mega Buster

Bass
Bass, known as Forte, is a Robot Master created by Dr. Wily to imitate Mega Man's design, along with Treble, an imitation of Rush's design. Despite being created by Dr. Wily, Bass frequently rebels against his creator, usually for his own purposes.
Treble
Treble, known as Gospel is a wolf-like support robot created by Dr. Wily to work with Bass in a similar way to Rush with Mega Man. Unlike Rush, Treble possesses considerable offensive capabilities to support Bass in battle. Bass can also fuse with Treble to gain wings and fly, as well as to improve his offensive capabilities.
Name: Gamerizer
Weakness: Wild Coil
Gamerizer is the boss of the second Wily Castle stage in Mega Man 7. He spits flames that can damage and stun Mega Man (like Turbo Man's Scorch Wheel), charge at Mega Man while in his shell, and lift off to send mini-turtles called Spotaro at him.
For Gamerizer, hit his head with a charged Wild Coil. For the little Spotaros, the best bet is with Slash Claw.
With good timing one can also use Danger Wrap on the Spotaros to wrap them into bubbles and then push them into Gamerizer's head to deal eight damage.
Name: HannyaNED²
Weakness: Slash Claw
Noise Crush
Rush Jet
HannyaNED² is the Oni Mask boss of the third Wily Stage in Mega Man 7. It sends out missiles (that can be used as platforms), sends out a laser that hits the bridge, and hurls bombs. It is only vulnerable in his general eye area, and while not necessary, one can use its missiles as platforms to get more shots in.
Name: Wily Machine No. 7
Weakness: Thunder Bolt
The Wily Machine 7 at the end of Mega Man 7 is a giant walking skull. Wily used Wily Machine 3 as base for the construction of this Wily Machine, but he didn't have much time to work on it after his escape from prison, and as a result, it can only attack by hopping from one side of the room to the other to smash opponents and shoot out miniature versions of it. Its weakness is the Thunder Bolt, but the miniatures are immune to it, and they tend to get in the way, so it's recommended to just use the regular Mega Buster for them. The machine can be defeated without much difficulty, but after its defeat, Wily uses a powerful version of the Wily Capsule.
Name: Wily Capsule
Weakness: Mega Buster
In Mega Man 7, the Wily Capsule disappears and reappears much like in Mega Man 5 and 6, but instead of fading in, it pulls off a "cloak" of sorts. It also attacks with four laser balls, but the laser balls have varying elements: ice, fire, and electricity. The ice balls cause low damage, but they freeze Mega Man in place, usually resulting in a second hit. The fire balls also cause low damage, but Mega Man is set on fire for extra damage. The electric spheres don't have extra effects, but cause more damage than the other two. Also, the Wily Capsule might fire four thunder balls that travel across the floor after releasing its laser balls.
Wily Capsule is weak to a charged Wild Coil, which can be used to bound up and hit him if aimed with precision. When he is up high, the player must hold up on the D-Pad to make the charged coils bounce high enough. The Freeze Cracker is another option if Wild Coil is not as despite the fact Freeze Cracker only deals one damage, it can be aimed in the diagonally-upwards direction to make shooting him from higher up easier. If the player wants to prevent him from shooting his four laser balls use the Thunder Bolt, which causes him to only release laser balls on the floor, and repeat the process. This Wily Capsule is considered one of the toughest in the Mega Man series. According to Yoshihisa Tsuda, it turned out as tough as it did because Keiji Inafune said, "Let's make the very last fight insanely hard!"
